The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had excellent staff and location.

The room was tidy and immaculate, offered a kettle, central heating and an iron. I was met by efficient and accommodating staff at the reception.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a local area, really close to central Kendal, center of town, the Bar. They provided plenty of delicious choices for breakfast that was included.

Fairly clean place with absolutely excellent breakfasts. I had the family room which was bright and very well furnished. The bar was good.

Wi-Fi was weak, made me a little nervous.

Atmosphere and staff were perfect, we loved that everything was fantastic. The hotel was in the centre of Kendal.

Every detail was lovely, especially staff and food. Quiet bedroom and large bathroom. It was a very relaxing stay, you could leave a car nearby. Had no problem using their safe parking, the internet was free.

Convenient rooms with quiet bed, BEST POSSIBLE location. Lots of food for breakfast including scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheese, muffins and fresh fruit. The service provided there was brilliant.

We had a perfectly pleasant time staying at this hotel. The bed was comfy and the restaurant was welcoming and had lots of food. Central location, at walking distance from quaker tapestry. Double room included central heating, a work desk and ironing facilities. Their service was very good too.

Quiet feel overall, good location and staff. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have comfortable beds. Very friendly reception. Moreover, it has fine wi-fi, really handy.

Charming location, fantastic prices. We enjoyed this place, everything was so perfect. Hotel was fairly clean. Every member of the staff was supper friendly. First-class service offered too. Besides, we had no problems with free wifi throughout the property: )

Magnificent location, great breakfast, excellent employees. Everything created a superb atmosphere. We were offered standard family room with a heating system, an ironing set and a work desk which were very good. It was just walking distance from Kendal city centre. 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop. Plenty of pleasant food for meals...

Quiet hotel where an excellent breakfast was served. Room was very spacious, we greatly enjoyed the view of the street from the window. The food was nice and with a huge variety of options.

The bed was not great.
